How long does it take to process orders?

I aim to dispatch all orders in 1-2 working days. If a customisation is required, I will always message with a timescale depending on the size of the order.

 

Postage cost for multiple items purchase, do I pay extra if I buy more than one item?

Additional items ( multiple quantity ) do not incur extra postage fees, you are only charged one lot of postage when you choose to upgrade the UK free shipping.

 

How long do I have to wait to receive my order?

I use Royal Mail Second Class service, which is usually 2-3 days. There will be options to upgrade the service at checkout, including Tracked 24 and Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day, or other couriers.

 

Can I return my order for a refund?

Cancellations:

Please notify me within 4 hours if you change your mind.I will wait that long before start making your order. 

If you want to cancel but your order was already dispatched, please return it when it arrives for a full refund.

Right to withdraw

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Where do you ship to?

Currently I only ship to the UK.

We are fully SSL certified which means the information exchanged between our website and the server is encrypted and fully secure.Our payment providers are well established and trusted.We do not collect and store any sensitive data as we highly value the privacy of our customers.
