Returns & Refunds
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at sales@theprettybits.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of postage for change-of-mind returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will receive a free return label or a replacement item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
I do not accept return requests for personalised items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 24 hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations
If you change your mind after placing an order, you have 4 hours to cancel before I start making the item.
Please contact me as soon as you decide you want to cancel and if the order has not been dispatched, I will always accept the cancelation.
